Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 September 2026

1. About this website

Cruxtec is operated by HOYUN PTY LTD. In these terms, “Cruxtec”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HOYUN PTY LTD operating the Cruxtec website.

This website provides product information, technical resources and a way to contact us about products, support and business enquiries. It is not a direct-to-consumer retail checkout store. Our wholesale and reseller transactions are arranged through our business sales channels.

These terms govern your use of this website. Any purchase is subject to the terms agreed for that transaction. These website terms do not replace an existing trade agreement or change an accepted order.

2. Product information and enquiries

We aim to keep product information accurate and current. Specifications, availability and compatibility are specific to each model. Please check the relevant product page and contact us if you need clarification before making a purchasing or installation decision.

Product images may appear different depending on your screen settings. This does not limit any obligation to supply products that match their description or any other obligation under applicable law.

We may correct errors or update product information. An update does not retrospectively change the specifications or terms agreed for an existing order.

3. Business orders, pricing and delivery

Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or oblige either party to enter into a transaction. Quotes, order acceptance, payment, freight and delivery arrangements are confirmed through the relevant business sales channel and the terms agreed for that transaction.

Any recommended retail price displayed on this website is a guide, not a wholesale quotation or a requirement for a reseller to charge that price. Resellers determine their own selling prices. Check the applicable quotation or sales terms for currency, GST, freight and other charges.

These website terms do not transfer delivery risk merely because goods have been handed to a carrier, or exclude responsibility for goods we supply. Delivery issues are handled under the applicable transaction terms and law.

Returns and refunds are addressed in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Manufacturer warranty information is available in our Warranty Policy.

4. Using the website and any account

You may use this website for lawful product research, business evaluation and support. If you act for a business, you must have authority to make the enquiry or manage its account. Information you provide should be accurate and relevant to your request.

If an account is provided, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We will handle account-security issues according to the circumstances and applicable law.

You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, misuse personal information or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about the restriction.

5. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, images, branding and other content belong to Cruxtec or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view this website, download documents made available for that purpose and use product information for lawful personal or internal business evaluation and support.

Publication or redistribution of our branding, imagery or substantial website content requires our written permission, unless permitted by law or an existing written agreement. Any permission to use third-party material is subject to the relevant owner's rights.

6. Enquiries, business documents and feedback

We use enquiries, support information and business documents to respond to your request and manage the relevant business relationship, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable confidentiality agreement. Sending us these materials does not grant us permission to publish or commercially reuse your confidential information.

We may consider general, non-confidential suggestions when improving our products or services. We will seek permission before publishing your name, a testimonial or identifiable customer material. You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in your submissions.

7. Privacy, Shopify and external links

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and handled. This website is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the website platform; the seller named in the applicable transaction is responsible for that transaction.

Links to external websites are provided for reference. Those websites are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself amount to an endorsement or make an external provider responsible for Cruxtec's obligations.

8. Availability, responsibility and legal rights

We aim to maintain a useful and accessible website, but access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Any claim relating to this website or a transaction will be assessed under the applicable law and any valid terms agreed for that transaction.

9. Updates and existing arrangements

We may update these website terms and will show the revision date on this page. Revised terms apply to future website use and do not retrospectively change an existing agreement, accepted order, accrued right or warranty. Any change to transaction terms must follow the applicable agreement and law.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, including relevant Commonwealth, State and Territory laws. Nothing in them prevents a party from using a court, tribunal or complaint process available under applicable law.
